Yes. If during listening to this recording You will feel any kind of discomfort, You can change Your position. However, generally speaking it would be better if You could limit the movements to the minimum, in order to not loose the body relaxation level gained during exercises.
It is also okay. This exercise is about sending a message to Your subconciousness that something abnormal has happened. It’s one of the psychological “trick”, which purpose is to increase the strength of next suggestions which You are going to hear. So it’s not like You have to be UNABLE to open them, but rather it’s more like You WANT them to remain close, or even more likely – want to BELIEVE that You cannot open them. It is not about doing whatever You can to open Your eyes, because if You force Yourself to it, obviously You will be able to do so. That is why, if You are certain that You can open them, You can simulate a bit, pretending that You cannot open them. As mentioned before – it purpose is to send a particular signal to Your subconciousness.

No, not at all : ) Everything is okay. It is possible that this recording won’t help You fully at first attempt. Different people react differently to the techniques included in this recording. It is nothing to be concerned about (unless You are sitting/laying in a position that might cause cutting the bloodflow in one of Your limbs or such : ) ). If You are feeling such things while being in neutral position, than it means that You are following the sugestions from recording very well, because it is one of the desired effects. What are You feeling in those moments is called a “kinestetic halucinations”, and it is the sign that Your mind is going to absorb the changes which this recording tries to implement more easily.
No, it is totally natural function of Your mind. It is called “myoclonic seizure”, which means more or less that Your mind is “checking” whether Your body is sleeping or not. If it occurs, it means that You have relaxed Your body very deeply, so it’s a positive sign 🙂
